To develop a new report within the POS system that identifies which staff members have added items to a bill during a customer's visit, regardless of who opened or finalised the transaction. This will support performance tracking and incentivize upselling behavior among waitstaff.
Currently, we have reports that shows the staff member who initiates and finalises a bill. However, it does not provide visibility into which team members contribute to the bill throughout the service period. In a hospitality setting where multiple staff may interact with a table, this limits our ability to track and reward upselling efforts.
