Current Functionality
When performing a Stocktake, you can only count by a products Stocktake Unit or Purchase Unit (Purchase Unit - Only when scanning). This relates to entering the counts manually on the application and through the scanning feature.
We would like the ability to count by either a products Base Unit, Stocktake Unit or Purchase Unit within TevStock.
Based around their operational needs, they need to have products setup as per the below.
Base Unit - Bottle
Stocktake Unit - Case
Stocktake Unit Quantity - 12
With this being the case, they cannot count by Bottle. If they have 4 Bottles, they need to enter 0.33 of a Case. They do not purchase these items by Bottle, only by Case.
Entering Manually - They could be a field to switch between Stocktake Unit/Base Unit
Scanning - The Barcode they scan will be the Stocktake Unit Barcode. This will bring up the product on the application, however there could be a feature at this level to switch between Stocktake Unit/Base Unit.
