When allergen information cannot be captured in TevX, staff may need to leave the handheld flow or rely on workarounds. This increases risk and reduces confidence when handling allergy-sensitive orders.
Allow staff to assign and manage allergen information against transactions or tables within TevX so allergy handling can happen at the point of service.
This would improve service continuity, reduce operational friction, and better support venues where allergen handling is a core part of order taking.
