Custom widgets on dashboards currently lack a ‘By User’ dimension filter, limiting the ability to personalise or drill down into individual user performance. Adding this dimension would allow managers and administrators to filter and compare widget data by specific users, enabling more targeted performance analysis, accountability tracking, and coaching opportunities. This would benefit team leaders, supervisors, and performance analysts.
