We would like a feature whereby Batch Production is auto produced based around historical sales, draft orders are auto created based around live on-hand quantity/batches that are auto produced and to have a preparation sheet created for Batch Recipes. Below is how they would like this to work.
Identify that X amount of Batch Recipes are required to be produced based around historical sales.(The number of days of forecast that should be ordered for each applicable product. For example, entering 5 days would generate a purchase order containing enough stock for the next 5 days of trade based on the sales for the same days last week, and the same time last year (364 days ago + the forecasted days) and take an average sales per day for each product). This will need to be created with a 'Required For' date. We require these Batch Recipes produced by X date.
Parogon would like the ability to perform this action based on a date/time period. For example, based around the last 7 days. Filtered by Product Type.
Parogon would like the ability to perform this action based on a monetary value. Filtered by Product Type. For example, based around the last £20,000 Act Net attained. Through the previous £20,000 worth of Food sales, X amount of Recipes were sold. Based around these Recipes sold, we can identify the quantity of Batch Recipes that are required to be produced to facilitate a specific date entered.
Once the quantity of Batch Recipes requiring production is identified, a 'Prep Sheet' can be exported - The Prep Sheet is a printable CSV export which lists all Batch Recipes that are needing to be produced and the required quantity
Based around the Batch Recipe production quantity needed for a set date, the system will identify the quantity of each ingredient product included within these Batch Recipes that are needed to be ordered (To ensure the target Batch Recipe quantity can be produced). This calculation will always aim to produce a whole batch and never a % of a whole batch.
Pre-populated Orders will be created based on the above which can be checked, submitted and approved. Products will only be pre-populated into an order should you not have enough on-hand to produce the required Batches. If 30kg of Chicken is required to produce X amount of Batches and there is 10kg on-hand, 20kg will be added into the specific populated order.
The system would be required to create multiple different orders, if the ingredients required are supplied by multiple different Suppliers.
Taking into account 'Supplier Delivery days' and 'Primary Unit', the system would create Pre-populated Orders based around the Supplier which will delivery the goods before the required date and against the Primary Supplier.
Based around Supplier delivery days, should there be no availability for Suppliers to delivery the goods before the requested date, the order would not be auto created. A message would appear within the screen detailing this.
