Currently, all KMS reports in Tevalis focus on products and provide a breakdown at the product level for their cook times.
For quick-service kitchens, the focus is more on overall throughput rather than individual items.
Therefore, a new report is needed to show how long it takes for the entire order to be completed — from creation to the final bump at the pass.
Comments from the above:
The one figure shown for average time taken to bump a ticket at the pass after initially hitting the production screen is correct.
The team have asked if it is possible to break down the sessions by time slots – it is key for them to have visibility on how the throughput time changes for specific time slots, particularly during rush hours (Lunch 12:45-14:00 and Dinner 19:45-21:00 as an example). Is this feasible?
Is it possible for the team to pull data from chosen days across a chosen time period – e.g can they pull the report to show the average throughput time on Thursdays over the last 6 months?
