When scanning a QR Code member card on the front-of-house POS screen, you receive an error advising that the member ID is invalid.
This is due to the ICRM scan functionality not supporting member ID and only supporting Email and phone number at the moment.
We would need to update the ICRM Member lookup on the transaction window to support member id as well as email and phone or this could also be updated by taking the email or phone number linked to the member on QR scan.
Currently, scanning a voucher into the ICRM member look-up screen is supported; however, the client would like to avoid going through this process as this takes extra time on the pos to complete.
