It would be great to have a redesigned payment screen in the POS that makes full use of the available display space, with clearly labelled tender buttons that display their full names without being cut off.
Alongside this, having the ability for operators to customise and configure the payment screen layout directly would allow businesses to tailor the experience to their own needs — making the payment process faster, clearer, and more intuitive for staff during a busy service

We understand the frustration here. Having a payment screen where space isn't being used effectively, and where button labels aren't displaying as they should, isn't the experience we want for our operators. We can see how this could slow things down at the point of payment, particularly during a busy service.
We're pleased to let you know that we'll be moving this idea into future consideration for the POS. Whilst we aren't able to commit to a specific timeline just yet, a review of the payment screen layout and the ability for operators to have more control over how it's configured is something our product team will be looking at as a future enhancement.
